LIBRARY CLOSED Until Further Notice

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the library will be closed at least through mid-May. During this time, no programs or storytimes will be held at the library or away from the library. The Tax-Aide tax program continues to be suspended (call 1-888-227-7669 for updates).

Due dates are being extended and no fines will be charged during this time. If any fines appear on your account for the days we’re closed, they will be waived.

Don’t forget, OUR ONLINE RESOURCES ARE AVAILABLE 24/7: ebooks, the online catalog, and databases such as Flipster e-magazines. The Capira app will let you check your account and access e-resources, or visit our Online Resources & Research page.

Check back in case the shutdown has to be extended further … and stay well!

Avon Grove Library presents Virtual Storytimes!

In an effort to adapt with our current times and continue providing services to our beloved community, Avon Grove Library will host “Virtual Storytimes” via Facebook Live. Families are invited to gather around their computers, phones, and tablets and check into the Avon Grove Library Facebook page to enjoy stretching, songs, and stories hosted by a youth services staff member. Storytimes are designed for children of preschool age but all are welcome to participate!
