Brandywine Community Pass Guidelines
- Passes can be reserved online through Museum Key. Pass is reserved on a first come, first served basis.
- In order to check out the pass, the library user's account must not exceed $10 in fines.
- Pass can be checked out for 5 days.
- Pass is not renewable. Fees will occur if pass is late or lost.
Brandywine Community Pass Benefits
The Brandywine Community Pass admits the user:
- Free general admission to the Brandywine River Museum of Art for up to 4 guests (adults and/or children. Children 5 years and under are free)
- Access to the Laurels and Waterloo Mills Preserves (check brandywine.org for hours and directions)
- 10% discount in the Museum Shop and Millstone Cafe
- Participation in any non-registered, free with admission programming
- Receive $10 off the purchase of a Brandywine membership at any level, if purchased on the day of the visit
Brandywine Community Pass Restrictions
The Brandywine Community Pass cannot be used for any of the following benefits:
- Special Exhibition Member Preview Parties or Member Appreciation Days
- Discounted event tickets
- Member only events
- Discounted or free Historic Property Tours
What happens when a cardholder visits the Museum or Preserves?
At the Museum:
Pass users should show the membership card at the Visitor Services desk. They will be asked at the Museum to provide their name, email and zip code. Please note hours of operation on brandywine.org.
At the Laurels & Waterloo Preserves:
Pass users should carry the card with them during the visit. Please note the guidelines when visiting the Laurels and Waterloo Mills Preserves on brandywine.org.
